Thoughts

Every time I go to my office in Aylesbury, it makes me think of you. I get so many memories entering my head. I remember how hard you worked at Hazells and that you went to work even when you were ill so you could provide for mum, Darryl and me. I remember you cycling to Rabans Lane when you worked in that area so mum could have the car and to save money. Whatever you earned went to your family and as a result we lived in a nice home with good food. For my first car I bought your old Hillman Hunter and eventually sold it and it went to Ireland. It was immaculate when I got it thanks to your good care of it. You were always generous with what little you had. I think about you all the time. No more gasping for breath cos you're now at rest. You were the most dapper man I’ve known and even in your ‘old trousers’ as you would say when you were at home, they were pristine! Thank you for your amazing drawings you used to do for us when we were young kids and the tasty sandwiches you made, even though we used to say they ‘looked like dog meat! Thinking of you all the time, I am sad but also relieved that you can have a good rest even though it’s very hard for us all. Rest in peace, we love you very much xxx

A well dressed reserved man who was loving to all. Thanks for welcoming me into the family with open arms. Glad you got to meet your great gran children before your passing. You will be sorely missed. Rest in peace. Justin xx
